Vivo Y12s With 5,000mAh Battery and Triple Rear Cameras Launched in India, Priced at Rs 9,990

 

Vivo has updated its budget  Y-smartphones and Vivo Y12s. The smartphone is available in India with two color options, and as its name suggests, this device is a low-end version of the original Vivo Y12, launched in May 2019. Highlights of the latest smartphone include a 5,000mAh battery, two rear cameras, and a processor. MobileTek Helio P35 mobile phone. The real Y12 smartphone packs a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset with three triple rear cameras.

The price of the Vivo Y12s in India is set at Rs 11,000 for the final 3GB RAM + 32GB model. Customers can purchase the smartphone from today at the Phantom Black and Glacier Blue color options on Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq, and all Vivo's official channels. At the time of writing this article, the phone is only listed on Amazon but may soon be accessing other platforms. The e-commerce site has sales deals such as Rs 9,200 exchange offers, inexpensive EMI, and a quick Rs 1,500 discount on  Bank credit card services Vivo says the device is being operated at its Greater Noida factory in Uttar Pradesh government of Make in India.

In terms of features, the Vivo Y12s comes with a 6.51-inch HD + (1,600x720 pixels) IPS display with a large waterdrop-style selfie camera. Under the hood, pack a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB on board. It also provides a separate fingerprint scanner with the power button to easily turn on and power-on the device, simultaneously.

The rear cameras of the phone are housed inside a rectangular module with an LED flash. Rear camera setup packs a 13-megapixel camera with f / 2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel camera with f / 2.4 aperture. Ahead, there's an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. The Vivo Y12s come pre-loaded with camera modes such as portrait, pano, live photo, slo-mo, expiration time, pro, and more.
